Description

By all accounts this is an Irish delicacy – but works real well. An open topped pie made with roasted chunki spud, mature cheddar cheese, onion, garlic and a few herbs…it’s delicious and one of their biggest selling pies – topped with mature Westcountry cheddar cheese.
