Sharpham Ticklemore goat’s cheese is handmade from pasteurised Devon goat’s milk. Ticklemore’s distinctive shape comes from the fact that it is moulded in a plastic colander. It is available in various sizes, from whole cheeses to mini truckles, and is perfect for a cheeseboard. This semi-hard goat’s cheese has a light, gently lemony flavour with herbaceous notes and a white bloomy mould. It has a lovely crumbly.
