Chunk Steak Pie with Otter Ale, Caramelised Red Onions & Roasted Carrots
They used marinaded free range beef in local ‘Otter Head’ ale (5.8% abv.) It’s strong and delicious, winning Supreme Champion at the Great Taste Awards 2010 – makes for a great pie. Their signature dish.
