Saint Agur is made from milk from cows that graze on the rich pastures of the Monts du Velay in the Auvergne region of central France. Each day 132,000 gallons of milk are collected from selected farms to make this unique cheese. The cheese is matured for around 80 days during which it develops its unique rich flavour and moreish creamy texture. These characteristics make it a must have and is sure to please all the family.
