Sharpham Rustic is a semi-hard cheese made with Jersey cow’s milk. Its refreshing light tang delicately balances the milk’s richness with a lovely crumbly texture. Nothing quite like it is unique to the Southwest. Made in large cheeses and little truckles, they make the perfect addition to a cheeseboard or on top of a cheese wedding cake.

Available in 1.9kg and 280gm truckles.
