This new to market cheese uses a unique recipe developed over many years, along with carefully selected cultures and the skill of the cheese-maker to produce an intense and complex blend of sweet and savoury distinctive flavours.
Vintage Red Fox has a wonderful rugged mouth-feel with an added crunch, the cheese has been developed through watchful maturation and leaves the palate with a lingering flavour and a desire for more.
