Handcrafted by Quickes’ expert cheesemakers, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months. Crafted from the finest locally sourced goat’s milk. Vibrant, almondy, buttery: a delightfully different goat’s milk cheese.

Quickes have been making award-winning, handmade, traditional cloth-bound cheddar on their farm in Newton St Cyres just outside Exeter for generations. They produce a range of varying sizes from 25kg truckles to 200gm pre packs. V
