Handcrated using hertiage starters by Quickes’ expert cheesemakers, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 18 months. A wonderfully rich, rounded chedddar with a deep, complex balance of flavours, from brothy to buttery, to fresh cut grass.

Quickes have been making award-winning, handmade, traditional cloth-bound cheddar on their farm in Newton St Cyres just outside Exeter for generations. They produce a range of varying sizes from 25kg truckles to 200gm pre packs. V
