Handcrafted using hertiage starters by Quickes’ cheesemakers, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 3 to 6 months. Quickes unique take on a Double Gloucester. Elegantly mellow with a buttery, long-lasting taste.

Quickes have been making award-winning, handmade, traditional cloth-bound cheddar on their farm in Newton St Cyres just outside Exeter for generations. They produce a range of varying sizes from 25kg truckles to 200gm pre packs. V
