Handcrafted using heritage starters by Quickes’ expert cheesemakers, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months. This vibrant, full-flavoured cheese is Quickes’ distinctive take on a classic Red Leicester, with fresh, nutty flavours and a lemony creaminess.

Quickes have been making award-winning, handmade, traditional cloth-bound cheddar on their farm in Newton St Cyres just outside Exeter for generations. They produce a range of varying sizes from 25kg truckles to 200gm pre packs. V
