Handcrafted using heritage starters by Quickes’ expert cheesemakers, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 3 months. An intensely buttery cheddar with a long finish, full of smooth richness of Quickes Devonshire milk.

Quickes have been making award-winning, handmade, traditional cloth-bound cheddar on their farm in Newton St Cyres just outside Exeter for generations. They produce a range of varying sizes from 25kg truckles to 200gm pre packs. V
