Godminster Oak-smoked Vintage Cheddar


Matured for up to 12 months, Godminster’s Oak-Smoked Vintage Organic Cheddar is naturally cold smoked over sustainable oak chippings for 8-10 hours. It is a rich and creamy cheddar with a real depth if flavour, smooth texture and naturally occurring crystals. There are no additives or preservatives. The cheddar is certified by the Soil Association. It is wrapped by hand in a muslin cloth.
