Description

Ireland’s most famous blue cheese is made in Co. Tipperary. The apricot tinged paste is lightly scattered with blue-grey veining, and the cheeses are foil-wrapped. Cashel Blue has a melt-in-the-mouth creaminess and is less salty than Roquefort, although the flavour strengthens with age.
