Our new recipe features a full flavour, with a distinctive red colour and tender texture, as a result of a specially developed cure. Sourced from selected cuts of beef from long-established British suppliers. Then over a 3-day process, the beef is prepared, cured, cooked and pressed to make a premium quality British Corned Beef.
